According to the user, Gibson’s portrayal of Michael lacks “personality, warmth, and confidence” and doesn’t align with the character. The fan also questioned the casting choice, suggesting that GH did not select a suitable actor for the role.
Some users supported Michael’s casting, noting that Gibson is nailing the role and that the audience should give him some time to fit in. One fan said, “It’s a matter of getting to know the character. I didn’t like Chad at first but he grew into his character. I’m sure Rory will fit in also. It’s hard to replace a character.” Another stated, “I love him. I think he fits the character much better for this phase of the character.”
