For context, Leslie Charleson, who played Monica, passed away earlier this year at age 79.

General Hospital fans took to social media to praise Jason and Tracy’s emotional performances on the show. This came after they learned about Monica’s passing. They have known Leslie for decades,” a third one noted.

I will miss our daily chats, her quick wit and incredible presence on set.” He further added, “On behalf of everyone at #GeneralHospital, my heartfelt sympathy goes out to her loved ones during this difficult time.”
