BitMine said it bought 10,452 ETH over the past week. The buying streak dates back to June 2025.

The purchase lifted its holdings to 6.051 million ETH, worth $14.01 billion. That equals 4.95% of the 122.2 million ETH in circulation.

BitMine is about 0.05% away from its goal of holding 5% of ETH’s supply. It could reach that target in five to six weeks at its recent pace. The firm said it will stop buying once it gets there.

“We believe this is further evidence that a crypto bull market is underway,” Lee said.

Technical Levels Traders Are Watching

Ethereum closed below the 100-day EMA and the $2,355 level over the weekend. A close below the 200-day EMA would put it under all four key EMAs.

Coinglass data shows $47.85 million in liquidations over 24 hours. Long positions made up $35 million of that.

Analyst Ted Pillows said spot buyers are scarce and named $2,200 as a possible buying area. His weekly chart shows support between $2,165 and $2,200. He placed a move above $3,000 after buyers show up there.

Ash Crypto said ETH has closed above the weekly 50-period moving average six times. He noted it is stuck between $2,300 and $2,800. He warned that losing $2,300 could send it toward $1,900.
