Dragons' Den star Tej Lalvani makes £1BILLION as he sells family business Vitabiotics promoted by Tess Daly and David Gandy

British firm Vitabiotics, which also owns brands including Pregnacare and Wellwoman, has been acquired by US private equity firm Bain Capital for around £900m.
