Kajal Aggarwal Death Hoax: Unverified reports that actress Kajal Aggarwal had died in a road accident after suffering serious injuries lately put her at the centre of a death hoax. The actor herself intervened to make it clear that the claims were completely untrue as they quickly went viral on social media. After rumours circulated on social media about her being suffering a road accident, Kajal went to the platform on Monday to reassure her admirers and well-wishers of her safety. She stated that she is doing well and advised everyone to avoid believing unfounded rumours.

"I've come across some baseless news claiming I was in an accident (and no longer around!) and honestly, it's quite amusing because it's absolutely untrue," Kajal wrote on her Instagram Stories as well as X, formerly known as Twitter.

She added, "By the grace of god, I want to assure you all that I am perfectly fine, safe, and doing very well. I kindly request you not to believe or circulate such false news. Let's focus our energies on positivity and truth instead."

Earlier, ETimes contacted her to inquire about the reports. Kajal answered the phone and said, "I am busy right now and will connect with you later."

Kajal recently went to the Maldives with her husband Gautam Kitchlu for a little vacation. She posted photos from the trip on Instagram, captioned, "The Maldives: my recurring love affair. She will then appear in Indian 3, directed by Kamal Haasan. She also reportedly appears in the two-part epic Ramayana, directed by Nitesh Tiwari. It is thought that Kajal would play Ravana's wife, Mandodari, in contrast to Yash, who plays Ravana. Sai Pallavi and Ranbir Kapoor are also featured in the movie.
