Dead by Daylight NieR: Automata Costumes Arrive Ahead of Halloween

Behaviour and Square Enix announced Survivor and Killer crossover costumes based on NieR: Automata characters are now in Dead by Daylight. These are paid cosmetics. There are no maps inspired by that game and anime, however. 

This is a pretty basic cosmetic release for Dead by Daylight. Both 2B and A2 are the two “characters” showing up in the game. The YoRHa member will available as a Feng Min costume. Yui Kimura will be dressing as the game’s other heroine. Meanwhile, The Legion will get an Emil outfit based on his appearance in both NieR and NieR: Automata.

This comes after some other major crossover events for Dead by Daylight in 2026. First, we saw Attack on Titancome to the game again in April 2026. Silent Hill fcosmetics followed in June 2026.

Dead by Daylight is out now for the Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC, and the NieR: Automata 2B, A2, and Emil costumes debut on October 6, 2026 for Feng Min, Yui Kimura, and The Legion. NieR: Automata is on the Switch, PS4, Xbox One, and PC. The anime is streaming on Crunchyroll.
