In its 30th anniversary year, director David Fincher's breakout hit, Se7en, is witnessing a resurgence on streaming. The psychological thriller recently debuted on HBO Max in the U.S., and has instantly jumped to the top of the streamer's rankings. According to FlixPatrol, Se7en was the third-most-watched movie domestically on HBO Max on September 7, when the leader board was topped by the recent cringe comedy Friendship, starring Tim Robinson and Paul Rudd. James Wan's original The Conjuring took the number two spot, while the franchise's fourth installment, The Conjuring: Last Rites, breaks box office records.
