Lisa Swain (Vicky Myers) goes to extreme lengths in Coronation Street next week to get answers from DI Costello (Daon Bruni), as a new spoiler video reveals.
The detective sergeant’s life was turned upside down last week when she came face to face with wife Becky Swain (Amy Cudden), despite the fact that she supposedly died in a car accident nearly four years ago.
Lisa and daughter Betsy Swain (Sydney Martin) were led to believe that Becky had been killed in a hit and run, after being mowed down by a getaway car at the scene of a robbery.
However, recent scenes revealed that Becky had actually been put into witness protection after an undercover operation went wrong, and had been living in Spain for the last four years.
Lisa was understandably horrified by this revelation, and made it clear that she didn’t want Betsy to find out the truth.
Her anger at Becky was completely understandable, but things only got worse when she realised that her boss had been in on the cover up.

Next week, Lisa corners DI Costello in his office, demanding answers, but he is reluctant to give her any.
With Costello insisting that it is not a good time, Lisa takes drastic action in the new spoiler video by locking them both in the office and giving him an ultimatum.
As she points out how horrific it was to have to tell Betsy about Becky’s death, only to find out that it was all a lie, she demands to know every detail of the plan for Becky’s witness protection.
She makes it clear that she isn’t messing around when she threatens to go to the press and blow the whistle if she isn’t satisfied with his answers.
This all comes after Costello warns Becky that if she doesn’t keep her head down, they could both end up in prison. Is there more to the story than either of them are letting on?
It isn’t just Costello that Lisa has to worry about next week, as Becky is still on a mission to reunite with Betsy.

Knowing that Betsy may end up facing more heartbreak if Lisa keeps the truth from her, Carla Connor (Alison King) tries to convince her fiancé to break the news.
When that fails, Carla summons Becky, who begs Lisa to let her see their daughter.
However, Lisa remains steadfast in her decision, leaving Carla with no choice but to accept defeat and send Becky on her way.
Becky leaves, but when she later spots Betsy in the precinct, will she abide by Lisa’s wishes, or turn Betsy’s world upside down?
