Boy, 18, is arrested for stabbing NFL-hopeful teen to death in broad daylight attack

Investigators with the El Monte Police Department and the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department spent nearly two weeks tracking down leads before arresting the 18-year-old on Monday.
