Bold & Beautiful Spoilers Today: Ivy Wants [Spoiler] to Be Fired on Mar. 17

The episode opens with RJ accusing Will of betrayal over Eric’s designs and urging Ridge to fire him, but his father refuses, insisting Will isn’t like Bill. Elsewhere, Bill is pleased with the launch while Katie remains stressed, and he even suggests bringing Will into their business.

When Will arrives, he confronts his parents about the situation. Bill assumes Ridge has fired him and offers him a job instead. As the argument escalates, Ridge steps in and reminds everyone that the designs have been purchased.

Deke is happy for Dylan

Deke is very happy that Steffy allowed Dylan to work at Forrester Creations and believes she deserves the sophisticated job. However, Dylan says she knows there’s one person who won’t be happy to see her at the office. Deke initially compliments her dress before reassuring her that everything will be okay and gives her a much-needed hug.

Steffy refuses to fire Dylan

At the showroom, Ivy and Electra confront Steffy over what they believe was the wrong decision to hire Dylan. Ivy reminds her that Dylan betrayed Electra and also tried to get close to her beau. However, Steffy firmly believes they should keep their personal and professional lives separate and refuses to fire Dylan. She urges the duo to move on from the Will-Dylan drama.

Later, Steffy greets Dylan upon her arrival for her first day. The school teacher takes a moment to thank the CEO for the opportunity. On the other hand, Electra complains that she can’t bear to see Dylan every day at the office. Ivy agrees and maintains that what Steffy is doing is wrong. Electra then reveals that she misses Will, with Ivy adding that she deserves better.

Brooke is furious

Ridge appreciates RJ’s sketches, prompting his son to ask if he can move forward with a men’s line. Ridge approves, just as Brooke walks into the office and continues her rant about Katie. After RJ leaves, the couple discuss the situation, with Brooke revealing that her sister has now waged war.

As Electra fumes over the Will-Dylan situation, Ivy subtly directs her to think about RJ. When Dylan walks in, Electra tells her not to be there and confronts her for stealing her beau. She also fumes over her audacity to kiss Will and demands that she go to Steffy and quit the job.

Will tries to pour sense into the Spencers

Meanwhile, Will reminds Katie and Bill that while they may have paid for the designs, they completely ignored how it affected Eric. Katie reveals that she had hoped her sister would have her back. Bill believes that the Forresters have manipulated his son. As Will grows increasingly angry, Katie asks them to stop the argument, saying she can’t bear to see another family at war.
