Neurofunk powerhouses Black Sun Empire and grime heavyweights Virus Syndicate have long been tearing up the European scene separately, but they created something special when they collaborated on “Caterpillar” back in 2016. Almost ten years later, they have collectively returned under a new alias, Shadow League, to deliver their debut album, Cheat Code, via Black Sun Empire’s label Blackout Music.

Cheat Code consists of nine no-frills tracks, but it’s grounded in the razor-sharp production skills for which both artists are known.
