On Tuesday (October 13), the 45-year-old "Love On Top" entertainer made a rare public appearance with her daughters as they celebrated the opening of their Knowles-Rowland House in her hometown of Houston, Texas. For the event, Blue, 14, wore a green jersey top with gray jeans and dark heels while Rumi, 9, donned a black cardigan with white trim over a black dress.
