Beatport Connect Announces All Los Angeles Panels and Panelist Lineups

Beatport Connect Los Angeles panelists include SOFI TUKKER, Dillon Francis, Rebūke, DJ Minx and 33 others, covering a wide range of topics.

After announcing the inaugural Beatport Connect Los Angeles back in August, Beatport has announced all panels and panelists in its breakdown of the September 26 event at the W hotel in Hollywood.

What had originally started as Beatport ReConnect livestreams during the COVID pandemic in 2020 and 2021 became a global in-person event in 2022. Beatport has hosted these in New York City as well as alongside International Music Summit in Tokyo, Johannesburg, Mexico City, and Melbourne. Attendees can expect opportunities to “learn, connect, and grow.”

The LA edition, which bills 37 panelists in total, includes artists like Rebūke, SOFI TUKKER, Dillon Francis, and DJ Minx, as well as industry professionals from Insomniac, Twitch, Wasserman, Interscope Records, and many more. The confirmed panels include topics “AI & Creativity,” “From Streams To Stages,” “Artist Focus with Sofi Tukker,” “The Future of the Music Industry,” “Beyond Burnout (How Artists Stay Grounded in a Fast-Moving Industry),” “Breaking Through in the Attention Economy,” “Nightlife, Identity & Safe Spaces,” and “Behind the Scenes with Francis Mercier & Team.”

This year’s Los Angeles event aims to highlight both international and local players, blending conversations around technology, wellness, community, and the realities of artist life. Panels will cover everything from the impact of algorithms on creativity to the importance of safe dancefloors, while also sharing how careers are built behind the scenes.

The addition of executives from labels, agencies, and major platforms helps offer unique perspectives. Alongside the panels, attendees will be invited to network at the W’s WET Deck and later head to a local Hollywood venue for a Beatport Live afterparty, with the artists playing to be announced soon. This will be a great event for industry professionals of every experience level.
