House Judiciary Republicans just put a name and a paper trail on what Arlington County has been doing in practice. Commonwealth’s Attorney Parisa Dehghani-Tafti is accused of running a two-track system: citizens get charged, illegal aliens get a workaround, and DACA recipients facing DWIs can be steered onto a “lateral charge” so their status stays intact.
