Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett threw cold water on Donald Trump’s dreams for a third-term in the White House. During an interview with Fox News host Bret Baier, the 53-year-old Trump-appointed justice said the 22nd Amendment's two term limit is cut and dry. The amendment, which became the law of the land in 1951 after being ratified by three-quarters of U.S. states, says, ‘No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice.’
