Almost 700 migrants cross Channel in 48 hours as 'summer of chaos' warning issued

Almost 700 small boat migrants have arrived in Britain in the past two days amid warnings of a "summer of chaos". Some 287 people made the dangerous journey across the Channel in four boats on Saturday as people smugglers took advantage of the heatwave, while a further 394 came in six boats on Friday.
