Looney Tunes heading back to TV next month

Looney Tunes is making its TV comeback on April 1 through Cartoon Network’s annual ACME Fools event. The special will run as a marathon from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m., featuring multiple shows from the franchise.

The schedule brings together popular titles such as The Looney Tunes Show, Duck Dodgers, Tiny Toons Looniversity, and Bugs Bunny Builders. ACME Fools has become an annual tradition since launching in 2022. The event gives fans a chance to revisit classic characters while also checking out newer takes on the iconic franchise, all in one go.

The iconic Looney Tunes, backed by Warner Bros. Entertainment, have been entertaining audiences since the 1930s and remain among the most recognizable names in animation. Legendary characters like Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck set the tone for cartoon comedy with their quick-fire jokes and classic slapstick chaos. Over time, the brand grew beyond shorts, branching into movies, spin-offs, and crossover hits like Space Jam.

This comeback follows a rocky stretch for fans. Several titles disappeared from streaming platforms, and projects like Coyote vs. Acme ran into trouble before regaining momentum.
