72 Hours Trailer Sees Kevin Hart Crash a Wild Bachelor Party in Netflix Movie

A new trailer for 72 Hours has been released.

72 Hours is a new comedy movie that will be released on Netflix this summer. Directed by Tim Story, the movie stars Kevin Hart, Mason Gooding, Marcello Hernández, and more.

What happens in the 72 Hours trailer?

The 72 Hours trailer sees Hart’s character accidentally get invited to a wild, three-day-long bachelor party. In an effort to save his career, Hart accepts the invitation, and chaos quickly ensues.

The official logline for the movie reads, “A forty-year-old executive hopes to save his flailing career by joining a group of twenty-somethings on a wild three-day bachelor party, after he’s inadvertently added to their group text.”

In addition to Hart, Gooding, and Hernández, the cast of 72 Hours includes Kam Patterson, Ben Marshall, Kevin Dunn, Zach Cherry, Teyana Taylor, and Andy Garcia. The script comes from Jon Hurwitz, Hayden Schlossberg, Kevin Burrows, and Matt Mider. Hart, Story, Hurwitz, and Schlossberg serve as producers on the project alongside John Davis, Josh Heald, Luke Kelly-Clyne, Bryan Smiley, and Will Packer.

Story is known for directing 2005’s Fantastic Four and the 2007 sequel, Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer. Having also helmed the Ride Along and Think Like a Man movies, Story’s filmography further includes 2002’s Barbershop, 2019’s Shaft, 2021’s Tom and Jerry, 2022’s The Blackening, and 2023’s Dashing Through the Snow, among other titles. His most recent movie was The Pickup with Eddie Murphy and Pete Davidson, which was released on Prime Video in August 2025.

Executive producers include Ross Fanger, Vicky Mara Story, Kayla Stamps, John Fox, Jeremy Stein, Dina Hillier, Bill Block, and Prescott Ashe.

72 Hours will be released on the Netflix streaming service on July 24, 2026.
