The new game Lego Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight is out now, and people are having a good time with it. The game combines bits of several very different existing Batman games and movies, and if it sounds like that can’t make sense, that’s not a problem. Funny stories can be fun without making any sense. That’s why, for example, even fans who spend every day complaining aren’t arguing over why Sauron and King Kong showed up in 2017’s The Lego Batman Movie.
