2025 MTV Music Video Awards + Red Carpet Live Viewing Post

LL Cool J returns as host (first time solo) of the 2025 MTV Music Video Awards with performances by Alex Warren, Doja Cat, J Balvin, Lady Gaga, Post Malone, Tate McRae, Sabrina Carpenter and more!



Special honorees tonight include Mariah Carey who set to perform a melody of hits and receive the Video Vanguard Award.

Busta Rhymes will be presented with the MTV VMA Rock the Bells Visionary Award and Ricky Martin who will be presented the Latin Icon Award.

The show will air live from UBS Arena in New York on Sunday, Sept. 7 at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT on both CBS, MTV and to stream on Paramount+.
