20+ Years Before Netflix's Hit New Crime Thriller, Helen Mirren and Celia Imrie Co-Starred in a Timeless Comedy

Just last month, on August 22, The Thursday Murder Club landed on Netflix and has gripped viewers ever since. The crime-solving drama, which starsHelen Mirren, Pierce Brosnan, Celia Imrie and Ben Kingsley, is the second most-watched title on the platform worldwide in the past week, and has competed with KPop Demon Hunters for the top spot ever since its release. The drama tells the story of four senior home residents whose love for solving cold cases gets them embroiled in a real-life murder mystery. The film is stacked with incredible actors, including smaller roles for David Tennant, Jonathan Pryce and Tom Ellis, and it's the type of movie that keeps viewers guessing until the very end.
