17th Century Deckbuilding Card Battler The Killing Stone 1.0 Launching October 21

Featuring stylized art, animated figurines, and dazzling effects, Question’s deckbuilding card battler The Killing Stone will see a 1.0 release on October 21.

Featuring a duel of diabolical wit and strategy, The Killing Stone invites players to Beat the Devil at his own game. 

Lending their talents to The Killing Stone are Emma Gregory (Baldur’s Gate 3) and Liam O’Brien (Critical Role). Note that its entire story can be played in authentic 17th-century English or a more contemporary style.

Question’s Co-Owner and Narrative Director Jordan Thomas said the following:

“Our intrepid Early Access community asked for more devious, specific cards to support their personal strategies to beat the Devil. 

They also requested a more intricate narrative, more voice acting from Emma Gregory and Liam O’Brien, and optional story choices which alter the endings for our cursed little family. 

For the past several months, we have worked to make their dark wishes come true.

We’re deeply grateful to them for helping shape The Killing Stone into the engrossing, tempting — and unique experience it is today.”
