It's a bit hard to say that any character in the Pokémon universe is truly not talked about, as it has been proven in polls that every Pokémon is a favorite to someone. However, when it comes to seeing which characters deserve to be talked about more, there is a plethora of choices. With over 1,000 Pokémon in the current Pokédex, there's some that easily fall through the cracks despite being amazing little pocket monsters in their own right.
