Although anime has recently become a mainstream phenomenon, releasing new series each season that seek to leave their mark on history, there aren't many shōnen that can be considered true masterpieces of the industry. Yet, some shōnen have stood out among the rest, continuing to captivate audiences around the world even long after their final episode debuted.
