There's absolutely no doubt in anyone's mind that when crafting Stranger Things, directors, writers, and showrunners Matt Duffer and Ross Duffer took a lot of inspiration from old 80s content—which includes a lot of novels by the likes of Stephen King. This means that there's a ton of novels out there that are worth giving a read if one enjoys the awesomeness that is Stranger Things.
