Sometimes beloved, classic, and otherwise great movies can be forgotten. This isn’t a reflection on them; it is just an inevitability as time marches on. One reason that films get forgotten could be accessibility. If a streaming service hasn’t made a movie available to audiences, it can be hard to find physical copies of older works. Another reason could be that they were sleepers from the outset and performed underwhelmingly upon their initial release.
