Rapper Yung Filly has been granted bail to come back to the UK before his trial for rape in Australia.
The music artist, 30, whose real name is Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos, was being held in Australia after being accused of rape by a woman while he was on tour.
In March, he pleaded not guilty to three counts of assault occasioning bodily harm, one of strangulation and four counts of sexual penetration without consent.
Three months later, in June, he appeared in front of Perth District Court for his trial listing hearing, where two new counts of sexual penetration without consent were revealed for which no plea has been entered.
Barrientos’ case was listed for a 10-day trial starting next year on July 20, 2026.
Since then, his lawyer has been attempting to have his bail conditions changed – which included daily check-ins with the police – to allow him to return to the UK, which has now been successful, per The Mirror.

There are 18 bail conditions set to ensure he returns for his trial and now he is reportedly set to fly back to Kent, England, next Tuesday.
He was first arrested in October 2024 in Brisbane.
