There’s no premium live event this weekend, but WWE fans will have a perfect show to binge in between SmackDown and Raw.
Hulk Hogan’s Rock ‘n’ Wrestling originally ran from 1985 to 1986 and became a cult classic series, featuring the larger than life superstars in a different light.
Now, 40 years later, fans will get to relive the beloved show via the WWE Vault YouTube channel every Saturday morning.
The animated show included cartoon versions of late WWE icon Hulk Hogan, who died in July aged 71, and other babyfaces (good guys) against ‘Rowdy’ Roddy Piper and other evil heels.
WWE briefly brought the show back in April 2015 on the WWE Network, before scrapping it – and anything else Hogan-related – just weeks later after his racism scandal.
While the former world champion was later reinstated, Rock’n’Wrestling has never been made available again until now.

Starting tomorrow (September 6), all 24 episodes will be slowly introduced in chronological order over the next few weeks.
For UK fans, an episode will drop at 11am, 1pm, 3pm and 5pm, with four episodes made available each Saturday.
Tomorrow, fans will be treated to Junkyard 500/Junkenstein, The Four-Legged Pickpocket, Clean Gene/Andre’s Giant Problem and Gorilla My Dreams.
Not surprisingly, fans are buzzing at the chance to either relive their childhood or discover a gem from the past, with some calling the release ‘overdue’.
‘Let’s Go. So many childhood memories,’ wrote @Brockfulton23 on X, while @IANdrewDiceClay added: ‘This actually got me into wrestling. It was on ITV and it stunned me that the live action segments were more colourful and exciting than the cartoon.’
On Reddit, @nicheblender reacted to the news and said: ‘Whoever the vault admin is I hope both sides of their pillow are always cool and comfortable.’

Meanwhile, despite his name being attached, Hogan didn’t actually work on the series, with Everybody Loves Raymond star Brad Garrett voicing the title role.
‘The voice, man, it was a shredder! It would hurt the voice,’ he told IMDb Pro. ‘So that was something that I had to – I was surrounded by some incredible voice actors that were on that show.’

The WWE Vault has become a treasure trove for fans, regularly uploading a combination of rare and unseen footage, mixed in with classic matches, documentaries and long-form compilations of match types, wrestlers and shows.
There have even been live streams of never before seen events, while the team running the account has been known to ask fans and superstars for their picks.
After the Rock’n’Wrestling announcement, @MrTonyMaurizio wrote: ‘The Vault has been a consistent win. Keep the pedal on this @TripleH. We love the found footage as well. So much unseen tape in the warehouse.’
Hulk Hogan’s Rock’n’Wrestling will launch on the WWE Vault YouTube channel at 11am on Saturday, September 6.
