WGA Sues to Block Paramount-Warner Bros. Merger: 'This Would Eliminate Competition'

The Writers Guild of America has filed a lawsuit against Paramount Skydance to block its planned acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery one day after 12 state attorneys general filed for a temporary injunction to block the merger.
