The Watson Season 2 Episode 18 release date and time is on the horizon. The previous episode, titled “Unsolved Mysteries,” opened with Watson and Laila in a car accident that happened in the closing moments of Episode 16. Still in the car, Watson hallucinates, seeing Sherlock and revisiting an old case involving his mentor, Malcom Anson, known as Mr. A.

Throughout his hallucination, Watson tries to understand which disease is killing his mentor. Although Mr. A died, the guilt has been haunting Watson. Since then, he has been hard at work to uncover the truth because it’s the same condition that has affected Reagan, Mr. A’s daughter. Ultimately, Holmes helps the team to understand the disease.

Meanwhile, in the present, Laila undergoes emergency surgery and survives. Watson regains consciousness, and a CT scan reveals he has a brain tumor. His visions also help him and his team to save Reagan’s life.
