Two men charged with flooding NYC with 1 million doses of date rape drug

Mark Dygdon and Rodrigo Castro allegedly conspired to flood the five boroughs with seven tons of the drug gamma-butyrolactone, which also goes by street names like Blue Nitro and Revivarant and leaves users with euphoric and sedative effects.
