After spending decades as one of the most reliable action leads in Hollywood, Liam Neeson pivoted hard into comedy last year with The Naked Gun. The legacy sequel had no business being as good as it turned out to be, and it reminded everyone that Neeson could do a lot more than scowl and throw punches.
