Even some of the greatest sci-fi franchises of all time have struggled to maintain the overall quality of their storytelling throughout their runtime. While most of these franchises in question have delivered solid parent shows, their spin-offs and franchise extensions have struggled to leave their mark. One sci-fi franchise, however, is showing no signs of slowing down and is only expected to get better.
