This September will mark six years since the fourth and final season of The Good Place premiered on NBC and put the Soul Squad through the unenviable task of establishing a new system to judge morality. When everything's all said and done, Eleanor (Kristen Bell), Chidi (William Jackson Harper), Tahani (Jameela Jamil), and Jason (Manny Jacinto) all find peace and eventually move on, Michael (Ted Danson) begins his life as a real human on Earth, and Janet (D'Arcy Carden) remains as an eternal guide to the residents of the titular afterlife locale. With such a fitting end, it's hard to imagine a way of bringing the show, and especially its characters who have already crossed through that door, back for a reunion. Carden could only think of one way to make it happen, and it involves the team's own architect Michael — Michael Schur.
