Seth Troxler, tINI, Ricardo Villalobos, Dubfire, and Nicole Moudaber appear on The 5th Element Festival’s inaugural lineup.
There’s a brand-new gathering for the heads, and it goes by the name The 5th Element Festival. The first-ever installment will take place from January 7-13, 2026 between venues across San Juan, Isla Verde, and Río Grande, Puerto Rico, with a newly announced phase one lineup sure to motivate house and techno fans to make the trek.
A handful of names leap out from the graphic, especially those of Nicole Moudaber and Ricardo Villalobos. The former is a Nigeria-born, Lebanese-raised DJ and producer who has grown to be a fixture of the global underground. The latter hails from Chile but grew famous during his time living in Germany.
Numerous other influential house and techno artists also grace The 5th Element Festival lineup. DJ Tennis, DJ Sneak, and Sonja Moonear will appeal to any house head in attendance. Meanwhile, artists like Dubfire, Dixon, and Seth Troxler will provide a draw for those who can’t get enough techno.
And while the deep end of the electronic music spectrum famously celebrates heritage artists, a number of recent breakthrough acts also appear on the bill. Between tINI, Barac, Cristina Lazic, Cali Lanauze, and Ben Sterling, The 5th Element Festival’s organizers have demonstrated a willingness to look to the future.
What, pray tell, is the fifth element? According to organizers, attendees are encouraged to find it “through sound, movement, ritual, and collective experience,” according to a press release. The remaining four — earth, fire, air, and water — influence the production elements to be found throughout the festival grounds.
The 5th Element Festival tickets are currently on sale for $275 plus fees. Purchase yours and find additional information on the event website.
