Taylor Swift will NOT be deposed by Justin Baldoni's lawyers in ongoing Blake Lively legal saga following judge's ruling

She will only take part if 'forced' to give a testimony, her lawyer Doug Baldridge of Venable LLP stated in a letter submitted to the court on Friday.
