Supreme Court upholds birthright citizenship

The Supreme Court on Tuesday upheld birthright citizenship under the 14th Amendment.The 6-3 decision saw Chief Justice John Roberts and Associate Justices Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett join with the court's liberals.
