DC's new Supergirl movie will reunite Superman and the Girl of Steel, but before that happens, another release has already put together versions of those two characters. The new DC Universe is focusing on the Superman family of characters, as can be clearly seen by the projects in the DCU Chapter One. So far, Superman and Supergirl have had a major presence in the franchise.
