Something sinister is rearing its head in a fresh look at the upcoming Patrik Syversen-helmed production, Dawning. Today, as part of Collider’s Exclusive Preview event, during which we’re giving audiences a look at what’s on the way from the 20th year of Fantastic Fest, we’re thrilled to share a sneak peek into the darkness that will unfold when the title celebrates its world premiere at the annual film event. The shot in question features Kathrine Thorborg Johansen (Power Play, Post Mortem: No One Dies in Skarnes), who looks absolutely haunting in her latest role. The photo displays the feature’s black, white, and gray color scaling and casts shadows over Johansen’s character, who appears to be covered in dirt and blood.
