Spanish PM's wife charged with corruption after years-long probe

Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez's wife, Begona Gomez, has been formally charged after a years-long corruption investigation, according to a court ruling published Monday. Gomez was charged with embezzlement, influence peddling, corruption in business dealings and misappropriation of funds, the ruling added.
