Now that the FBI is busting fake Somali day cares in Minneapolis, Somali pirates are taking to the high seas back in their own country and hijacking ships, taking hostages and hoping Gov. Tim Walz shows up. Thus far the piracy has been mostly internal with a Pakistani crew, Indonesians and Syrians taken hostage.
