Seaside council hands out THOUSANDS of parking fines over bank holiday weekend as Brits flocked to enjoy the beach

Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (BCP) Council said that scores of visitors decided to park illegally - despite there being empty car parks just minutes away.
