A car exploded in the city of Balashikha, which borders the Russian capital Moscow, in the early morning of June 9, killing the driver at the scene. According to the Telegram channel Two Majors, the man killed in the explosion has been identified as a Russian major general. The channel, however, did not reveal his name.
