What do you get when you mix heralded filmmaker Robert Eggers with the incredible performances of Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Lily-Rose Depp, Willem Dafoe and Ralph Ineson? It’s a trick question. While you might be thinking about the 2024 smash-hit horror flick Nosferatu, that’s not the answer that we were looking for. It seems as though the group enjoyed their time together working on the vampire feature, as they’ll soon bring audiences a different kind of terror with the impending arrival of Focus Features’ Werwulf. Prepping for a knock-down, drag-out box office fight against Dune: Part Three and Avengers: Doomsday, the dark film will give horror lovers a different kind of option when it screams into cinemas on December 25.
