This week, Robert Downey Jr. made an unexpected connection between his upcoming movie Avengers: Doomsday and his first appearance in a Marvel screen adaptation. But rather than drawing a comparison between his characters Tony Stark and Victor von Doom, as many fans have, he linked the latter to Iron Man’s first movie villain instead.
