My Adventures With Superman
Auliʻi Cravalho, who voiced the title character in Disney’s celebrated animated hit “Moana,” will play Green Lantern Jessica Cruz in the third season of Adult Swim’s “My Adventures with Superman” which just premiered the other day.
Cravalho will then return as Jessica in her own spin-off show “My Adventures with Green Lantern”. In DC Comics, Cruz became one of the most prominent Earth-born female members of the Green Lantern Corps. Here though, she’ll still be in high school. [Source: EW]
The Four Seasons
Netflix has renewed its adult drama “The Four Seasons” for a third season, the renewal comes two weeks after the show’s second season premiered. “The Four Seasons” second season delivered 24.4 million views worldwide over its first two weeks according to Netflix’s internal data.
Tina Fey, Will Forte, Colman Domingo, Marco Calvani, Kerri Kenney-Silver and Erika Henningsen star in the series which follows friends who go on four annual trips together. [Source: THR]
Untitled Duffer Bros. Film
“Stranger Things” creators Matt and Ross Duffer have set their first film under their four-year deal at Paramount – the pair to write and direct an untitled film slated for wide theatrical release on November 3rd 2028. Story details are being kept under wraps beyond it being a large-scale theatrical film. [Source: Variety]
Booster Gold
“Our Flag Means Death” creator David Jenkins has confirmed that the script for a pilot for a “Booster Gold” TV series has been handed in to DC Studios. Jenkins was announced as being set to write the pilot last Summer, and would serve as showrunner if the pilot was given a series order. [Source: Bleeding Cool]
