OSRS's new event isn't what I had on my bingo card, but I'm not complaining

Jagex has been cooking up a storm as of late. Old School Runescape’s impressive Varlamore expansion brought with it a boatload of new quests and ways to hone your skills, and conveniently coincided with a small explosion in popularity that has seen the legacy MMO break player records. Keen to keep the momentum going, Jagex has now announced its first limited-time community event, and it’s sure to go down a treat with OSRS’ demographic.
