The flags of 11 sovereign indigenous tribal nations were permanently raised recently at the Minnesota State Capitol in St. Paul, during a ceremony at the new Tribal Flag Plaza. Gov. Tim Walz said of the ceremony, "Minnesota is moving in a direction that everyone is welcome.” I’m not sure about that, but, based on recent tragedies in Minneapolis, it appears murderous nut-jobs are welcome.
