New York: Marriage proposal atop the Empire State Building ends in arrest

A couple of Russian daredevils scaled the spire of the Empire State Building on Wednesday where one of them got down on one knee to propose. The couple had earlier unfurled a banner with a message of peace atop the tower. They were later arrested by police.
