After rocking The Game Awards with the first official teaser, Legendary Pictures and Capcom made it clear that the latest adaptation of Street Fighter would be suitably unhinged. The footage served as a preview of the over-the-top action director Kitao Sakurai had in store for the fighting game movie to match the mix of ferocity and wackiness that exists within the iconic franchise. It was also a chance to show off a game-accurate cast of 17 fighters, from Ryu and his rival and friend Ken Masters, played by Andrew Koji and Noah Centineo, to the raging demon Akuma, embodied by WWE superstar Roman Reigns. As far as promotion goes for the upcoming film, though, that was just round one.
